Remedics recently did a large kitchen floor replacement project for me, after a flood caused by a big box store's contractor who broke a water pipe while installing a new dishwasher. Remedics' Estimator/Project Manager John Hamby provided a very fair estimate, answered all of our questions, and supervised and scheduled the job very professionally and competently. The scheduling was prompt and on-time, and the work crew was extremely skilled at replacing damaged flooring and cabinetry elements (and keeping the jobsite clean!)- our kitchen is better than new! After the job was complete John carefully inspected it and pointed out a small painting defect I had not even noticed, which was promptly touched up the next day. I highly recommend Remedics!

The team is professional, efficient, and puts customer satisfaction as a top priority. I am so pleased with the reconstruction of my ceiling that was recently damaged from a hvac leak. I called Remedics due to a roof leak that resulted in water damage to the ceiling and walls of an interior roof. The office staff, from the first call to the last, was fantastic and helpful. They were responsive to me and my insurance company. When it came to the remediation process, I can’t say enough about RJ. He was friendly, professional, and took great care in the demo process. He checked the drying progress multiple times and made absolutely sure that everything was thoroughly dried out before removing equipment.
