Great team and attention to detail! I called Remedics Restoration in a complete jam as my master bath leaked, damaging the upstairs, downstairs, hardwoods, etc. and when I called, they literally showed up at my place and started addressing the issue within 2 hours. Great service, great attentiveness, great staff and management. On-the-job crew were hard workers, but we liked how the director of the crew was very knowledgable. Both Walter, the owner, and Daryl, the project manager, were on the scene quite a bit, really pursued excellence, and were so great at altering the approaches as the mysteries of our huge basement began to unfold at pack out. We have had our roof and terrace leak unfortunately but on the upside we were put in contact with Remedics. They have come out here more than I’d like to admit but I’ve had a great experience with Desmond, Louie and Eric.
