I would like to express my gratitude for Andy Lynch. He came to service my floors at my home and his customer service was outstanding. His concern, care and attention to my concerns have really impressed me. Employees like him are a rare find now-a-days. He is an excellent asset to this company for sure. Dear Mr. Andy Lynch,
Please, forgive me for not sending this letter of appreciation sooner for the work well done on my home in the (Hamilton Lakes Community) back in November of 2016, but with all of life’s demands and I’m sure you would agree, there is just not enough hours in a day.
I would just like to express my gratitude, to you and all your wonderful staff including Mrs. Dianne Kehler, for your expertise in the necessary repairs done to my home. Your Staff were so careful, respectful and hardworking. They made sure I understood the process on everything they had to tackle. That’s integrity!

“Dear Mr. Bridgeman: I want to send an email to you to express my appreciation for your employee, Casey Aaron, Estimator. During the early morning of Wednesday, January 31, my beautiful home experienced an unexpected and unpredictable crack in the nut of the supply line of the master bathroom toilet. As you can imagine, it caused water damage to the downstairs hardwood flooring, ceiling, walls and crawlspace. I was referred to your company - - frankly, a company that I never heard of and was unfamiliar to me. Casey Aaron arrived to my home promptly on Wednesday morning and was very professional and got right to work. I have learned to acknowledge and greatly appreciate that in your industry, your employees always encounter frantic homeowners and they always walk into a “disaster”. My family was so impressed with Casey’s professional demeanor and calm temperament. Casey also was diligent in monitoring the moisture levels and documenting the damage in order to provide a complete assessment to my homeowners insurance claims adjuster. While I understand that this is his routine job responsibilities, he effortlessly combined that with excellent customer service by always maintaining an open line of communication, answering all my questions and picking up the phone when my family called him.
